Communication - Post offices and telecommunication service offices in gminas

In 1996 and 1997, the data come from non-governmental reports and were made available for Local Data Bank on the basis of individual decisions of post offices and telecommunication offices. Data converted for the new territorial division in voivodship or powiat layouts are missing because of the way information about postal and telecommunication service units is stored.
