For Statistics Poland, the source of data on divorces is reporting by public courts on the basis of statistical forms filled for each even - "Statistical certificate concerning legally valid decision on divorces"; Data by territorial division (urban/rural, voivodeship, regions, subregions, powiats) excludes divorces in which both spouses living abroad at the moment of filling petition for a divorce, these data are presented only for Poland in general.
