Registered unemployment rate and inflow into unemployment rate (monthly data)

The rate of registered unemployment was calculated as a ratio of registered unemployed persons to the number of the active civilian population (in total and of a given group), i.e. excluding persons serving the military duty and workers of budgetary units performing activity in the domain of national defence and public security. The ratio of unemployment accounts is presented for persons employed in individual agricultural holdings (forming a part of the active civilian population), estimated on the basis of: in the years 2004 to November 2010 - National Population and Housing Census 2002 and Agricultural Census 2002, since December 2010 to November 2021 - Agricultural Census 2010, and from December 2021 on the basis of the Agricultural Census 2020. Data from 2021 are not fully comparable with data for previous years.
The inflow rate is calculated as the ratio of the number of new registered unemployed to the economically active civilian population, i.e., excluding employees of budgetary entities conducting activity within the scope of national defence and public safety.
