Green areas

The data presented in this subgroup come from the SG 01 report “Gmina statistics: forestry and environmental protection”, section 3, which covers the reporting obligations of gminas.
In the case of the green areas of housing estates, the data are aggregated from two sources:
• SG 01 “Gmina statistics: forestry and environmental protection”, section 3 – data reported by gminas,
• M 01 “Report on housing stocks”, section 13 – data reported by entities other than gminas, such as housing communities, housing cooperatives, public building societies (TBS), and other entities of the national economy (including establishments).
Since 2024, data on the green areas of housing estates, resulting from the combined information from both reports, have been presented at the powiats level and are available in the subgroup “Green areas by location in powiats.”
