A support benefit is available to a person with a disability aged 18 or over who has a decision establishing a level of need for support, in which the need for support is determined at a level between 70 and 100 points, issued under the modified disability assessment system, based on the Act of 27 August 1997 on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities.
