Farms using machinery and equipment to manage livestock

Data collected as part of the representative Integrated Farm Statistics (IFS) 2023 survey, co-financed by the Euoropean Union, conducted from June 1 to August 14, 2023. The survey collected information on whether the farm had or used (owned or rented): feed mills; automatic animal feeding systems, automatic climate control in livestock buildings; milking robots; and whether animal welfare and health were monitored. The data presented was compiled according to the seat of the holder of the agricultural farm.
