Construction index reaches a new high
Albania’s construction index rose 23.8% from the previous quarter to 214 in Q1 2026, its highest reading in Eurostat data beginning in Q1 2005. It ranked second among 31 countries, although the sharp break is concentrated in the latest quarter.
